DJ PAV Events LLC is a premium entertainment company specializing in high-end DJ, MC, lighting, and special-effects production for weddings, nightlife, private events, and corporate celebrations. We deliver elevated experiences with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.

We are expanding our brand and seeking a creative, modern, and reliable Social Media Manager who can elevate our digital presence, manage content, maintain brand consistency, and support light administrative tasks.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote role managing social media, content creation, and basic administrative work for:

DJ PAV Events LLC

MC May (secondary Instagram profile)

You will receive raw footage from gigs and transform it into sleek, trendy reels, stories, and highlight edits. You will also handle posting schedules, engagement, communication, content organization, and contract preparation.

You can be based anywhere, but you must work EST hours, have reliable internet, and maintain strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Editing

Edit reels, highlight videos, teasers, and Instagram stories from raw event footage.

Create clean, modern, trendy content with strong storytelling and transitions.

Design graphics, flyers, promotional materials, and announcements.

Use trending audios, formats, and creative styles that match the DJ PAV brand.

2. Social Media Management

Manage both Instagram profiles:

@djpavevents

@mcmay

Create consistent posting schedules across reels, stories, and feed posts.

Maintain brand tone, colors, and aesthetics across all content.

Respond to DMs, comments, and tagged content professionally.

Engage with venues, vendors, and client pages for growth.

3. Admin & Operational Support

Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and booking documents (training provided).

Assist with inquiry tracking, client communication, and follow-ups.

Organize content folders, event timelines, and weekly task lists.

Support business operations by maintaining reliable communication and timely delivery.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and high-performing content.

Provide monthly insights and recommendations to improve visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or entertainment business.

Proven ability to create sleek, modern, trendy videos using CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.

Ability to turn raw event footage into high-quality, engaging edits.

Experience with South Asian or multicultural events (weddings, receptions, nightlife) is a big plus.

Strong writing skills for captions, messaging, and branding.

Highly organized, consistent, and never misses deadlines.

Excellent English communication (written + verbal).

Reliable internet connection and availability during EST hours.

Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Compensation

Monthly retainer (based on experience and workload)

Performance bonuses for high-traction content

Optional additional pay for event-day content capture if local (not required)
