All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for consideration:

You must submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Requests must include proof of payment (invoice, receipt, or transaction ID).

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with candidate/employer response, or employment outcomes.

Our platform is a connection service we do not guarantee hiring results, job placements, or candidate performance.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The refunded amount may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences, fees, or delays caused by your payment provider.

5. Subscription Plans and Renewals

For recurring subscription services (if applicable):

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Partial refunds are not issued for unused time within an active billing period.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current period.

6. Promotional and Discounted Services

Payments made under promotions, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

7. Disputed Payments and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account immediately, and
